THE PREMIER WELLNESS STUDIO FOR SENIORS
Although we offer classes for all ages and abilities, our specialty lies with the senior population. Our senior classes simply modify our regular classes into variations designed to increase the fitness level of individuals 65+ in age. We understand the individual who has been active their whole life but now seeks a program that continues to challenge, yet honor the body. Many of our students are also seniors who have been sedentary and are discovering the need to exercise as they grow older and desire continued comfort and ability.
We have a fantastic program with classes held on a daily basis. We’re proud to offer beginner-friendly classes as well as classes that will relax and rejuvenate you. Bella Buddha also offers strength-building and fun movement classes.
